The Blessed Home Project serves people and families
The Blessed Home Project serves people and families in their most challenging times by providing the essential gift and the simple joy of a clean home.
It is our way of putting love and care into the Pittsburgh area (including Allegheny, Beaver and Washington counties), showing mercy and grace to its people in their times of hardship.

About Us
Hi! I’m Melissa Laughlin – wife, mom, entrepreneur, and a girl after God’s own heart! I am the founder and CEO of Blessed Home Project.
This story begins when I was 19 years old and started my own cleaning company. Throughout the years it grew and expanded, but I continued to feel a tug on my heart for something more. When friends or family were going through challenging times, I noticed everyone brings food (which is great) but I thought I could clean your toilets and floors and that would be helpful too. As years went on, I would do just that.
Who We Help
The Blessed Home Project helps anyone struggling in the Pittsburgh area (including Allegheny, Beaver, and Washington counties). We believe that we can share the love of Jesus through free house cleanings.
We provide one-time home cleanings for people who are dealing with things like illness, injury, or the loss of a loved one.
Our purpose is to deliver a calm environment during a difficult situation, which enables families to better care for each other, rest, and heal.
